Monitor / Screen: Min 1260 x 768 resolution - Preferred 1680 x 10 50 resolution
Printer: Any Local or network printer
Network: Minimum 100Mbps - prefered 1GBs

Additional Software – Microsoft Office 2013 or later connected to an Email Client, Preferably Outlook (without Outlook email functionality possibly won’t work)
PDF Reader, Adobe Reader
Backup – Regular PC and Funeral Manager Backups to a separate location to aid data recovery in the event of a system failure

Purchase of Funeral Manager SE, comes with a Single user Licence that is valid for 1 year. A warning when 30 days is left will appear. Additional users are charged at £250 +vat per user per annum, with a one off setup fee.

Funeral manager is built so it can be used on multiple machines, in multiple locations. Please ensure you have the appropriate links between you offices so that your other machines can access the data. We suggest IP SEC VPN links using a shared folder, or a Terminal server with the appropriate licencing with external connections. Contact us for further information.

One day is training included with a Funeral Manager Licence in the first year. We can offer training on your site, in our offices in Birmingham or via a Remote Support. Additional training is chargeable, but can be tailored to your requirements.

From receipt of order, our Time scales to build and install will be approx 4 weeks. This can change depending on the requirements of the customer. Will take us a couple of days to set things, this may be longer if we have to procure hardware / provision VPN connections etc. Talk to us about your requirements.

We are currently testing the running of Funeral Manager in the cloud on the Microsoft Azure Platform. This links very nicely with Office 365, which as a re-seller for Microsoft with can obtain pricing and provision a setup designed for each customer. Funeral Manager in the cloud is planned for roll out in Quarter 4 2019
