Funeral Manager Systems is the I.T. arm of John Wilde & Co Ltd. The company was first incorporated in June 1960 and since then has gained an enviable reputation for service to the Funeral Industry. The manufacturing arm of the company makes a wide range of “coffin furniture” (handles, nameplates etc) which it sells throughout the UK and the rest of the world. Through its subsidiary J.G.Learmonth in Glasgow it manufactures a comprehensive range of soft goods (gowns, frilling and coffin lining) 

In the early 1990’s the IT division embarked on a project to create the definitive software package for Funeral Directors. Within a matter of months a number of Funeral Directors installed the first, DOS based, versions of Funeral Manager and the software has been evolving ever since.
